Job Details


  • Operational and P&L reporting monthly to CEO and CFO.
  • Manage divisional and operations managers to ensure effective execution of projects within the constraints of time, cost, quality and safety.
  • On-time procurement of equipment, human resources, and consumables aligned with the project execution requirements
  • Identify production efficiency and cost improvement initiatives
  • Daily progress reporting to client representatives and internal and external stakeholders, as may be required from time-to-time
  • Responsible for project team performance monitoring, evaluation and feedback

  •  Ensuring that the company structure is in compliance with Employment Equity Plans and is able to reach B-BBEE targets
  • Sound knowledge and proven track record of Health and Safety regulations and ISO.



  • Financial and contract management, customer relationship, safety management, human resources, and industrial relations.
  • Managing budgets and cash flows for the financial year and tracking progress on regular basis ensuring that set targets are met.
  • Provide input into tender preparation and estimating

 Education / Accreditation



  • Grade 12
  •  Post-matric qualification will be advantageous
  • B Eng. Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering
  • Petrochemical maintenance and shutdown experience, preferably Sasol


  • Minimum of 10 years Industrial Cleaning experience in the Petrochemical industry
  • A proven record of success in a senior level role in a related industry
