Job Details

Key responsibilities:

  1. Lease Financial Management:
    1. Oversee the financial administration of all lease agreements, including new leases and renewals.
    2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of lease payments, adjustments, and reconciliations.
    3. Monitor lease terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  2. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Prepare and present financial reports on lease performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
    2. Develop financial models to support lease negotiations and decision-making processes.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the leasing department.
    2. Monitor and report on budget variances, providing actionable insights to management.
  4. Collaboration and Support:
    1. Work closely with the Leasing Executive and Operations teams to ensure seamless lease execution and management.
    2. Provide financial support and guidance to the leasing team, including training on financial procedures and systems.
    3. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including landlords and property managers, to resolve financial and operational issues.
  5. Renewal and Expansion Management:
    1. Track and manage lease renewal dates, ensuring timely initiation of renewal negotiations.
    2. Coordinate and manage the New stores team to identify and assess potential new store locations.


Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
  2. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
