SPECIFICATION

We are looking for a skilled Paraplanner to assist Financial Advisors with clients’ Financial Planning, Investment and Retirement Proposals.  The role requires the gathering of client information, financial planning analysis, preparing client reports and assisting in managing the client review process.  The successful candidate will be the link between the Financial Advisor and the Client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Needs Analysis on various products / funds to determine risk calculations of shortfalls and provide solutions
  • Compliance: – Adhere to Industry Legislation (FICA and FAIS Regulations)
  • Ensuring client files and transactions are in line with Compliance Regulations
  • Prepare Review Documents for Financial Advisors
  • Assist with client technical enquiries
  • Attending Industry Related workshops, Seminars and Product Training
  • Upload Client Financial Information onto our system

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

  • B.COM Finance related qualification (BA, LLB)
  • Financial Industry related qualifications
  • Regulatory Exam
  • Experience in a Financial Services Environment, focus on Financial Planning & Solutions to Clients
