Recruitment Specialist

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compile vacancies and advertise on different platforms, internal and external
• Use various recruitment methods to attract the correct candidate for the position
• Identify and attract candidates via various platforms
• Screen CVs / Applications and compile a shortlist of possible candidates
• Schedule interviews according to the shortlist between management and candidates
• Assist the Group HR Manager with any other duties that may be required
