Ring up prospective and existing clients to pitch insurance products that hit the spot

Break down product features, benefits, terms, and conditions with crystal-clear flair

Spot customer needs and pair them with the perfect insurance fit

Crush daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets like a pro

Stick to FAIS, FICA, and all key regs to keep things legit

Log every detail and update client info in the CRM system sharpish

Tackle objections head-on and seal deals with smooth persuasion

Nurture client relationships with follow-up calls and top-notch after-sales vibes

Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards to keep the wins rolling

REQUIREMENTS

Bring your A-game if you’ve got the basics locked in.

Matric or equivalent qualification

12 months telesales experience, ideally selling insurance

DOFA registration as a bonus

RE5 qualification a real plus

Cool under pressure with objection-handling chops

Computer savvy – MS Office and CRM systems no sweat

Telephone etiquette that turns heads (and closes sales)
