DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implementing Workday Financial projects
• Understand implications of data and integrations on Workday Financials Projects
• Inspire teams to deliver
• Listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges
• Troubleshooting/problem-solving
• Analysis and implementing of finance process change enabled by technology
• Unit and end to end testing

REQUIREMENTS  

• Workday FINS Core certification
• Workday Record to Report / Procure to Pay / Order to Cash certification
• 5+ years’ experience
• A background in Finance Transformation Consulting and/or a Finance Functional skillset with experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Client facing Workday experience
• Strong digital and data skills
• The ability to work independently and inspire teams to deliver
• The ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges
• Demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources
• The ability to quickly build relationships across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience
