Please note this a temporary position to fill in for staff going on maternity leave that begins immediately and ends April 2024.

We are a relatively small CCTV/Access Control company showing big growth and we are looking for an Office Administrator to support our young and dynamic CCTV operations Team.

The administrative assistant role is a varied one, suited for a highly adaptable person, with high attention to detail skills. You will also liaise directly with the clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors, so great communication skills are essential. Due to the nature of our business, an aptitude for or experience in the fields of CCTV/Access Control and related technology will definitely give you an advantage.


Main duties of the role:

· Track and receive stock for operations

· Weekly/monthly updating of supplier pricing

· Track and record stock on hand / stock issued to Technicians

· Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

· Manage agendas, appointments and travel arrangements for Management and Install Teams

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.)

· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and company assets

· Daily recording and monitoring of staff attendance (using Netstar Vehicle Tracker)

· Arranging Courier Services

· Annual Ordering and issue of PPE and staff uniforms

· Updating of records for insurance purposes and processing of claims when required.

· Assist colleagues whenever necessary

· Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work

· Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written)

· Unquestionable commitment to delivering a great service experience

· A healthy work ethic and a “hell-yes” attitude

· Detail orientated with hawk-like attention to detail

· Experience relating to SHEQ and Safety files

Minimum requirements:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Clear criminal record

· Contactable references

· Reliable transport
