A candidate to manage daily office operations, provide support to executives, and complete clerical tasks of all types. Keep day-to-day operations working smoothly and efficiently.


  • Manage Office documents
  • Write reports
  • Greet customers
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain employee database
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Hire maintenance workers

Administration and procurement


·        Compiling and maintaining contact lists of suppliers, clients, and sub-contractors

·        Adhere to the company’s Procurement Policy when selecting and source suppliers.

·        Compilation of Capex documents

·        Strategic planning and scheduling in order for an office or company to run smoothly.

·        Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations.

·        Tender returnable compilations

·        Initiate Supplier Credit Application


Safety and Equipment management

·        Maintain and report on the list of PPE issued to staff and conditions thereof quarterly

·        Prepare equipment and tools requisition for approval.

·        Safety File management

·        OHS Management i.e. bookings of medicals and keeping all employees’ current.


Wages and Payroll


·        Capturing hours in excel

·        Weekly wage reporting

·        Splitting of wage costs between regions and clients

·        Recording of daily site diaries

·        Submitting of wage files to payroll




  • Microsoft (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Internet (web browsers, email, social media sites)
  • Customer service experience
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Communication skills
  • Human resources basic experience
  • Minimum grade 12 (Matric)
  • Must be Computer literate (Microsoft office – Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Office Administration qualification or equivalent




  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Office Administration.
  • Must have ISO standards expertise.
  • Must have Payroll experience.
