Fintech company based in Riverhorse Valley, Durban, are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual with exposure to the full spectrum of HR Administration with specific focus on Recruitment duties to join an HR team and provide overall HR support to relevant business units.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Employee Induction
- HR Administration
- Updating and maintaining all relevant HR databases for reporting purposes
- Administration and investigating workplace injuries
- Payroll and Benefit Administration
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development for relevant business units
- Facilitating employee exits and administration
- Attend to Health & Safety within the business
- Culture and employee wellness
- Performance management and reviews
- Labour relations
- Employment Equity
- Legislative compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
- Graduate with an HR qualification or someone coming from recruitment or basic admin background looking to get into HR.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel
