Job Description:

As a Marketing content Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the head of marketing and partnerships by handling mid-end processes across various verticals. Your primary focus will be on distribution, optimization, and lead generation activities. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in marketing, lead generation, and technical skills to ensure the efficient execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support for Head of Marketing and Partnerships:
    • Provide operational support to the head of sales and marketing to streamline marketing initiatives.
    • Implement strategies and plans as devised by the head of marketing and partnerships.
  2. Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Assist the sales team by generating and managing leads data.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with the sales team to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies and ROI.
  3. Collaboration with Web Developer:
    • Work closely with the web developer to ensure website updates and improvements align with marketing campaigns and goals.
    • Ensure seamless integration of web functionalities for marketing initiatives.
  4. Content Distribution and Optimization:
    • Distribute marketing content across all relevant channels including social media, email, Youtube, Spotify and other digital platforms.
    • Optimize content distribution for maximum reach and engagement.
  5. Email Campaign Creation and Management:
    • Supporting Head of Marketing and Partnerships to develop, create, and execute email campaigns, ensuring all journeys are set up.
    • Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  6. Sales Hook Development:
    • Work with Head of marketing and partnerships to create and distribute compelling sales hooks and strategies to attract more leads.
    • Ensure all sales hooks align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
  7. Paid Campaign Management:
    • Support Head of marketing and partnerships to plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  8. Data Cleansing and Management:
    • Segment and maintain marketing databases to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
    • Analyze data to generate insights for improving marketing strategies and campaigns.
  9. After Event Follow-up Emails and Communication:
    • Develop and execute after event follow-up email campaign and journey to nurture leads and maintain customer/partner engagement.
    • Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management and lead gen.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing tools).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic Knowledge of video editing.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
