Job Summary: As a Real Estate Agent at EZI Properties, you will be the face of our company, responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Your primary role will be to guide clients through the process of buying or selling real estate, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You will leverage our extensive buyer database, industry-best tools, and lead generation support to achieve sales targets and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Property Listings: Manage and promote property listings, including coordinating property showings, creating marketing materials, and utilizing online platforms.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about real estate trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and closing deals to ensure favourable outcomes for clients.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize company-provided leads, as well as develop personal leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal standards and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other agents, branches, and support staff to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • FFC: Valid and up-to-date FFC with PPRA.
  • Experience: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
  • Motivation: Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and accommodate clients’ schedules.
