DUTIES

Recruitment:

  • Source candidates that match the job specification from a client accurately and timeously
  • (via searches, advertising, network, referrals etc)
  • Interview candidates, electronically or on the phone or when required face-to-face – video
  • interviews if virtually essential
  • Qualify the candidate if sufficiently meeting the client requirements
  • Approved candidate CV’s are to be formulated into the correct format and submitted to the
  • Client or Client Owner
  • Candidate references must be completed before the client interviews
  • Candidate must always be managed to ensure they are kept up to date, assisted with
  • interview details and assistance on how to interview, accepting offer letters and background
  • checks on candidate
  • Marketing for new clients and Job Specifications
  • Place candidates into the roles as specified by your clients or by requested by other
  • Consultants
  • Maintain structured organized administrative and on-line documentation with company site
  • and CRM system
  • Build exceptional knowledge and practical application about the company site and Terms
  • and Conditions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to company clients and keep track of all potential
  • placements
  • Co-ordinate all interviews for possible placements
  • Push for interviews on all candidates
  • Push for interview dates on all corporates who have indicated they wish to interview
  • candidates
  • Assist with audits of placements if required
  • Keeping abreast with competitor market analysis and informing management of any industry
  • specific changes
  • Attend any relevant industry training & webinars as prescribed by Management
