Job Details

This role is to assist the company in running and strategizing the sales function by bringing in leads in a range of ways. This role is strategic in that you need to know how to bring leads in, what type of tools to us, be open to new tools and be able to actually build lists with the tools provided. You will be responsible for: 

  1. Strategize and determine the best way to sell the company’s products and services
  2. Research and contact the company’s target market (B2B sales)
  3. Email through specific systems to reach out to leads to land the client (know when to work a lead and when to quit and when it should be digital)
  4. Working with the directors in setting the Sales strategy
  5. Determining the metrics and running dashboards with targets with the team to ensure you are meeting the targets through the metrics
  6. Able to automate the leads process when required
  7. Research ideas for strategic alliance opportunities for the company to gain leads (your partnership and strategic alliance strategy will be key)
  8. Monitoring trends and best practice to deliver innovative and exciting solutions that meet changing business requirements
  9. Maintaining a constructive, collaborative, and consultative approach to relationships with service providers, colleagues, and internal clients
  10. Cross sell on different product ranges
  11. Meet with the team to give them feedback about the market weekly
  12. Rock the targets weekly (we are a high-performance team so you need to enjoy targets, high performance)


  • 2+ years sales experience
  • 1+ year experience in generating leads by using tools
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
