An established FSP located in Cape Town CBD currently looking for a responsible, experienced, and innovative Key Individual. This exciting position will double as an Insurance Sales Manager to oversee the sales division, as well as assist in the insurance and financial advisory industry, assist compliance, regulation, and professional conduct of the business.  

This role would suit an individual with proven financial background in the Insurance environment. Additionally, a qualification in Wealth or Financial Management would be highly beneficial. 


  • Daily monitoring of team tasks 
  • Managing and driving sales targets 
  • Performance management of team members 
  • General HR administration 
  • Facilitate clear communication between Sales and all other Business Units 
  • Extract various reports, e.g. lead management, dialler performance, real time analysis reports, performance reports etc. 
  • Statutory obligations of the FSP 
  • Rendering of financial services of the FSP and persons authorized to act on its behalf 
  • Business processes and operational ability. Drive business goals, company vision, mission, and values 
  • Oversight of the rendering of financial services 
  • Ensure compliance by all authorized persons with the General Code of Conduct 
  • Business processes and operational ability (Risk Management) 
  • Assessment of client risk profile and ensuring clients are covered under the circumstances 
  • Evaluating all existing credit life cover obtained by client before joining the company’s services 


  • Candidates need their matric 
  • Candidates need a minimum NQFL 5 in Wealth or Financial Management (or similar) 
  • Candidate need minimum 5 years’ proven Insurance sales experience 
  • Candidates need minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager 
  • Experience in the Debt Review industry would be advantageous 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
  • FAIS qualified 
  • Experience in call compliance and quality control in a sales environment 
  • Experience in training, development, and coaching of employees 
  • The ability to formulate, implement, and drive innovative sales strategies
