A global marketing agency specializing in regional media and acquisition planning is seeking a Manager, Regional Media and Acquisition Planning to lead 360-degree acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels. The role focuses on developing and executing customer acquisition strategies to drive growth, optimize performance, and achieve client business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Acquisition Planning and Media, this position requires analytical skills and a passion for enhancing marketing efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development, Planning, and Execution
- Collaborate with client marketing and commercial teams to design acquisition strategies that align with KPIs and business goals.
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to achieve customer acquisition targets and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop and implement optimization and measurement frameworks to enhance consumer engagement.
- Oversee cross-functional input, deliverables, and timelines for acquisition campaigns while addressing issues promptly.
- Administer acquisition and media marketing budgets across channels in partnership with client marketing teams.
- Monitor and manage costs related to media campaigns, initiatives, and pilot projects.
Capability, Measurement, and Optimization
- Define and implement digital acquisition marketing technology requirements to maximize performance.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide forecasts for channels, brands, and regions at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals.
- Monitor ROI, test and optimize channels for efficiency, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Lead the adoption of data-driven methodologies to improve the effectiveness of acquisition channels.
Collaboration
- Foster strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to define strategic goals, marketing budgets, and success metrics.
- Develop tactical execution plans for marketing channels to meet campaign objectives.
- Coordinate regional acquisition marketing efforts with teams handling affiliates, SEO, social media, and innovation to ensure comprehensive plans.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
A degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Equivalent qualifications are also acceptable.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer acquisition across channels like TV, OOH, radio, PPC, display, paid search, social, and re targeting.
- Proven ability to drive growth with demand generation and prospecting campaigns.
- Extensive experience with ad-serving platforms, digital monitoring tools, and offline marketing strategies.
- Expertise in executing digital and direct marketing campaigns in competitive and complex environments.
- Familiarity with social acquisition channels like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong data-driven approach with proficiency in A/B testing and the ability to track and report key metrics, including traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear, customer-focused approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
- Collaborative and approachable, demonstrating sound judgment and calmness in high-pressure scenarios.
