A communications solutions provider providing cost-effective and reliable energy alternatives is looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join their team. As a New Business Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling renewable energy solutions to businesses and organizations. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and therefore growing the business’ footprint in renewable energy.
Location: Century City, Cape Town, South Africa
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:
- Prospect and Identify Leads: Research and identify potential clients in various industries who can benefit from our renewable energy solutions.
- Collection of Materials: To understand Customer’s needs (Eg. Collect Utility Bill)
- Consultative Sales: Engage with potential clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their sustainability goals.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on renewable energy options.
- Customized Proposals: Prepare and present proposals that clearly outline the benefits, costs, and ROI of our renewable energy products and services.
- Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies
- Relationship Building and Lead Generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
