Resolve and Change Systems (RACS) is a premier dispute resolution and change management specialist practice. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Programme Manager to assist with multiple transformative projects. This position will report to the programmatic lead and support projects that include research, development, training, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and implementation.
The Programme Manager will be expected to influence, design, and implement transformation and empowerment programmes by leveraging their strategic, operational, and project management expertise to drive processes forward.
Key outcomes
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Programme Manager (but not limited to):
- To design, develop and deliver impactful programmes related to the industry needs.
- To manage progress and drive the delivery of key objectives across the various stakeholders.
- Think strategically and report on trends and themes related to the impact of the transformation and capacity building programmes.
- To keep relevant stakeholders engaged and aligned to the strategic objectives of the industry project/s.
- Actively drive the strategic objectives of the programme and lead it successfully.
- To draft reports and other forms of documentation for clients.
- Write reviews (including evidence) highlighting the value of work and interventions executed.
- To actively strategise, report on and resolve all potential challenges and issues which may arise within the project.
- Producing high quality research and analysis on the needs of the relevant industry and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold 5-10 years’ of relevant experience
- A minimum of a relevant honours degree or master’s degree
- Additional academic and experiential qualifications in management, innovation, project management, capacity development as well as economic development will be advantageous.
- Facilitation, Conflict Resolution, mediation and strategic planning experience will be advantageous.
- Project Management Skills would be essential.
- Good presentation skills.
