WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- You've got the chops from 3-5 years leading sales call centre teams, plus a matric certificate to back it up.
- Proven track record driving sales in a high-pressure, ever-shifting scene
- Sharp at hitting call and lead targets with a sales-hungry mindset and service passion
- Retail or financial advisory background is a bonus, with skills to interpret and explain finances simply
- Excel wizardry in Microsoft Office, plus solid business writing and verbal comms
- Typing at least 30 words per minute, with creative problem-solving flair
- Ace at managing expectations, setting SOPs, time mastery, relationship building, and influencing
- Comfortable chatting one-on-one or rallying groups, with essential AI and data analytics know-how
