Key Accounts / Client Success Manager (Automotive Training Sector)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact between OEM management and the training operation, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment
- Lead and develop a team of 50+ staff across multiple departments, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Own both commercial and operational responsibility for meeting KPIs and contractual service-level targets that keep the operation running at peak efficiency
- Design and pitch innovative new service offerings that respond to real market needs and create competitive advantage
- Reshape the training academy's financial operating model to deliver value for all stakeholders—the OEM, brand partners, and the dealer network
- Manage substantial commercial projects with accountability for budgeting, financial performance tracking, and ROI delivery
- Travel regularly across South Africa and internationally to strengthen key relationships and identify growth opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in the South African automotive training sector (OEM, dealership, component retail, or related environment)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Financial Management
- Proven expertise with data management and reporting tools like MS Excel and MS Power BI
- 5+ years managing large-scale commercial projects with strong budgeting and financial performance management experience
- Established relationships and credibility working with industry bodies and government training organisations in South Africa
- Comfort with regular domestic and international travel
