CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full product lifecycle for AI, GenAI, and AI agent solutions—kick off rapid PoCs to test bold ideas, then scale winners into production that transforms banking.
- Shape AI products with a sharp eye for probabilistic outcomes: craft success metrics that embrace imperfection while prioritising user trust and edge cases
- Drive tough calls on prioritisation—decide what ships now, what waits, and what gets the axe early
- Collaborate hands-on with engineers, data scientists, and product crews in a 30-strong team, translating business needs into technical roadmaps
- Juggle experimentation track (quick validations) and production track (polished deployments), staying agile through ambiguity
- Dive into architecture chats, reasoning through build choices like prompt engineering, RAG, LLM evals, and ML lifecycles
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years under your belt, including at least 1 year owning products—bonus if you've shipped AI to real users in fintech or scale-ups.
