- Oversee and supercharge billing processes to keep everything running like clockwork
- Dive deep into data reports, flagging gaps and risks before they snowball
- Reconcile data across systems, ensuring month-end closes are spot-on and timely
- Champion system fixes by raising issues at IT and project forums
- Lock in robust controls that are sharp, effective, and future-proof
- Bridge gaps as the go-to liaison with internal teams and external partners
- Plot monthly billing plans to ramp up collections and hit targets
- Prioritise goals, map out resources, and tackle issues with slick mitigation strategies
- Step up as the billing guru for projects, delivering expertise on demand
REQUIREMENTS
- Bring your insurance billing savvy, Excel wizardry, and process-sharpening mindset to thrive in this high-visibility role – perfect if you've got banking payments, big data analysis, and project leadership under your belt.
- Business or operations management qualification (preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel and solid MS Office prowess
- Sharp report writing and crystal-clear communication
- Proven ops management experience in insurance
- Hands-on with banking debit orders, payments, digital collections, and DebiCheck
- Skilled in big data tools like QlikView or SQL, plus presenting insights to execs
- Strong in reconciliations, stakeholder wrangling, risk controls, and process design
- Deadline-savvy with eagle-eye attention to detail
