Business Development Manager – Mining (Manned Guarding)
 
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our manned guarding and security solutions portfolio in the mining sector. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident working with senior stakeholders, and experienced in navigating complex tenders and contracted services.

What you will do

  • Develop new business opportunities in the mining sector.
  • Lead proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement and operational teams.
  • Manage and grow key accounts to ensure service excellence.

What you must have

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or similar.
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience (mining or industrial sectors preferred).
  • Experience with manned guarding/security services (advantageous).
  • Strong tender, proposal, and negotiation skills.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) + solid Excel skills.
