Business Development Manager – Integrated Security Technology Systems
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our integrated security technology solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge (CCTV, access control, perimeter and alarm systems), is commercially driven, and confident managing complex proposals, tenders and highâvalue solution sales.
What you will do
- Develop new business opportunities with consultants, developers and corporate clients.
- Design integrated security solutions based on client requirements.
- Lead proposals, costings, tenders and bid submissions for largeâscale projects (R5m–R10m+).
- Build strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing.
- Support commercial handovers and maintain longâterm client relationships.
What you must have
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in integrated/electronic security technology sales.
- Proven track record selling highâvalue security solutions (R5m+, with annual targets around R40m).
- Strong technical understanding of CCTV, access control, perimeter and alarm systems.
- Solid experience in compiling bids, tenders and commercial proposals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
