Job Details

This is a senior pricing leadership role accountable for defining and executing enterprise-wide pricing strategy to drive sustainable profitability and competitive advantage. Acting as the central pricing authority, the role partners with executive and senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions, lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives (including annual price increases), and embed disciplined pricing governance across the business. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will lead advanced financial modelling, pricing analytics, and risk evaluation to support critical decisionâmaking, while continuously strengthening pricing capability through automation, new methodologies, and technology-enabled optimisation. This role is suited to a commercially astute leader who can operate at executive level and deliver results through others.

 

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

 

Experience

  • Proven experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or a closely related discipline
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing strategies that improved revenue, margin, or competitive positioning
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, pricing analytics, and market analysis
  • Experience operating in a complex, fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Leadership & Influence Proven ability to lead crossâfunctional pricing initiatives and influence senior and executive stakeholders
  • Experience delivering outcomes through teams or enterprise-level initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to convert complex data into clear commercial insights
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple strategic initiatives under pressure
