Job Details

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 1:30pm
Overtime required specifically for events, when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Administration

  • General reception duties, including front-desk management and handling enquiries

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Maintain and update the organisational database

  • Manage subscriptions

  • Assist with general group administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Administrator

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including assistance with lifting and carrying boxes when required

House & Facilities Management

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the house

  • Place orders for house supplies

  • Coordinate maintenance, service providers, and contracts

  • Liaise with CJSA regarding matters relating to the house

  • Carry out and coordinate duties for house staff

Programme & Equipment Management

  • Run and maintain Yad Sarah, including management of loan medical equipment

Events & Meetings

  • Set up rooms for events, functions, and meetings

  • Provide on-site support during events (including overtime when required)

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage and maintain the organisational calendar
