Job Details

Client Relations and Services

  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all client enquiries, briefs, and request align with expectations, budgets and timelines
  • Prepare creative, innovative and relevant presentations aligned with client CI and brief
  • Offer tailored solutions to meet client objectives
  • Oversee artwork approvals and provide clients with pre-production samples where required
  • Manage all client amendments promptly and accurately
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with efficient problem resolution and professional communication.

Product / Sourcing

  • Develop a thorough understanding of each clients corporate identity (CI).
  • Regularly review client websites to stay informed about products and opportunities.
  • Proactively share new product ideas with the team for inclusion in client offering
  • Identify and source new and innovative products or suppliers that add value to both BNM and clients
  • Collaborate with branders and perform product quality checks where necessary.

Production Process

  • Manage cost pricing, selling prices and markups
  • Execute client purchase orders (Pos) accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for client approval
  • Coordinate artwork layouts, lead times, distribution and shipping
  • Oversea production to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and clients SLAs
  • Liaise with manufacturers, distributors, vendors and contractors to manage schedules and instructions
  • Verify supplier invoices to ensure values align with Po’s
  • Escalate high-value jobs for approval as required by company policy
  • Maintain up to date administrative records

Quality and Operations

  • Ensure timely processing of orders ad effectively delivery logistics
  • Verify branding accuracy and artwork approvals prior to production
  • Manage client deliveries to minimize additional costs
  • Monitor production timelines to prevent delays
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness

Supplier Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, mutual beneficial relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate optimal pricing and promote the use of BEE compliant suppliers where possible
  • Source new suppliers and innovative productions to strengthen the brand offering.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in client services, marketing, or production coordination (preferably in branding, promotional, or related industries)
  • Strong understanding of client services principles, sourcing and production processes
  • Experience in managing suppliers relationships and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
