You’ll oversee financial operations, lead a talented finance team through complex challenges, and ensure our financial reporting meets the highest standards. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a finance team (minimum 3 people), fostering their development and building a high-performing unit
• Prepare and oversee annual financial statements and statutory reporting
• Manage tax compliance and strategy, ensuring we optimise our tax position
• Drive financial controls and internal processes to improve efficiency
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit relationships
• CA (SA) qualification with minimum 2 years of post-articles experience
• Proven track record of preparing audited financial statements
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of at least 3 people
• Solid tax work background
