About Us

Founded by a serial entrepreneur who holds a history of building highly successful SaaS applications, we are a studio/gym management software that helps gym owners in the functional fitness and CrossFit space run their businesses and their customers live healthier lives.

Recently we’ve added new services to our offering, including the provision of websites for our clients (boutique fitness centres) – with several new services currently in testing or planning for launch in 2026.

Having established market dominance in the UK, and growing our market share internationally, we’re now looking for a motivated and proactive Junior sales executive who isn’t afraid of the phone to help increase our flow of qualified leads generated from outbound and marketing activities.

This person will thrive with the opportunity to have a direct impact in our future growth and significant room to grow themselves in a fast-growing company

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for new leads, helping us qualify and book meetings with interested prospects, particularly on our new website product.

You’ll work closely with our senior SDR and learn the ropes of SaaS sales, with plenty of training and support.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact new inbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp

· Qualify leads using provided scripts and checklists

· Book meetings for the main sales team

· Update the CRM with all activities and notes

· Follow up with leads who haven’t responded

· Assist with outbound campaigns and research

· Support the sales team with admin and reporting tasks

· Take part in training and shadowing sessions

Requirements

· Based in South Africa, with reliable internet (fully remote role)

· Confident communicator (phone, email, WhatsApp) with an excellent command of the English language – Impeccable English with no accent is non-negotiable

· Organised and detail-oriented

· Eager to learn and develop sales skills

· Previous sales experience is relevant – preferably in a call based environment

   Passion for health and fitness – Experience as a member of a boutique gym / CrossFit gym / Functional Fitness environment or Experience in sales in the fitness space or Simply a passion for health and fitness in your daily life
