Handle finances like a pro – budgets, stock controls, waste reduction, and staff costs to maximise efficiency without missing a beat

Champion standards like Q-Pro, OSHACT, GMP, and food safety audits, ensuring every site shines under scrutiny

Rally and lead teams on-site, boosting performance and embedding high service levels that make a real difference

Whip up and coordinate special events or functions, adding that extra flair to hospital gatherings or resident celebrations

Wrap up each assignment with sharp handover reports, setting the next team up for seamless success

WHAT YOU BRING

You’ve got hands-on experience in healthcare or retirement catering – think Healthwise vibes or similar – where you’ve tackled the fast-paced demands of therapeutic meals, dietician-approved menus, and strict hygiene protocols.

Proven track record managing catering ops in hospitals, frail care, or retirement settings, with a flair for on-site problem-solving

Strong grip on compliance – HACCP, ISO standards, food safety, and audit prep are your playground

Leadership chops to motivate teams, manage budgets, and juggle stock in high-volume environments

Adaptable mindset for roving between sites, building client rapport, and handling events with ease
