Mechanical Workshop Lead / Experienced Technician

We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated professional who can not only diagnose and repair vehicles but also provide guidance and leadership within our workshop. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and the ability to support or lead a team.

Key Responsibilities: – Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues with accuracy and efficiency. – Perform routine maintenance and servicing on various vehicle models. – Provide technical advice and guidance to other technicians. – Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians to ensure high performance. – Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and resources in optimal condition. – Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards in all workshop operations.

Requirements: – Proven experience as an automotive technician with strong diagnostic skills. – Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential. – Strong knowledge of modern automotive systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment. – Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent problem-solving skills. – High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality. – Red Seal qualification preferred.
