Looking for someone to keep the tech running smoothly and support the team when things go wrong? This IT Support role puts you at the heart of our operations, managing everything from end-user troubleshooting to hardware maintenance and system administration. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring our people can do their jobs without tech getting in the way, whilst also handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our infrastructure ticking.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users, ensuring quick turnarounds and quality fixes
  • Set up and configure new equipment like laptops and workstations to get team members up and running
  • Support printers, phone systems, camera systems, and other infrastructure, liaising with external service providers as needed
  • Onboard new team members by ensuring they’re fully set up on all systems and applications per company standards
  • Deliver training to staff on new applications, systems, and IT processes to boost their confidence and competency
  • Analyse system logs and records to spot trends, vulnerabilities, and potential issues before they become problems
  • Conduct regular C drive audits and system checks to maintain optimal performance across all devices
  • Maintain and update software licenses, ensuring compliance and keeping everything current
  • Document all issues, solutions, and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
  • Evaluate and report on new technology options at regular IT meetings, helping inform business decisions
