CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Take the reins on delivering powerhouse PCS7, PLC, and SCADA systems that hit every mark on scope, timelines, and top-tier quality.
Own the full lifecycle of engineering delivery, holding yourself accountable for standout performance
Review and green-light control logic, SCADA setups, system architectures, and network designs while pushing best practices and smart reuse
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Software Engineers – allocate tasks, track progress, and level up their skills in PCS7, PLC, SCADA, and crisp documentation
Drive standards that make engineering slick and low-risk.
Roll out coding rules, naming conventions, reusable libraries, QA processes, and testing rigs
Nail ISO 9001:2015 compliance to keep everything consistent and bulletproof
Team up with Project Management and Operations to sync efforts with budgets and deadlines, spotting risks early
Shine in client-facing moments and keep support humming.
Jump into design reviews, FATs, SATs, and tech chats, confidently backing your solutions
Oversee SLA targets, response times, root cause fixes, and ongoing tweaks for peak performance
REQUIREMENTS
You’ve got 8–12+ years deep in Industrial Automation or PLC/SCADA engineering, with a track record of leading teams or massive projects.
Hands-on mastery of Siemens PCS7, TIA Portal, S7 PLCs, plus WinCC, AVEVA, Rockwell, and Inductive Automation SCADA
Sharp skills in SCL and IEC 61131-3 programming, industrial networks, redundancy, and full automation system design
Proven leadership chops: rallying teams, making bold calls, and guiding engineers with accountability
Commercial savvy to juggle project costs, margins, scope, and align tech with business wins
