  • Spearhead end-to-end research, design, and rollout of fresh products and business capabilities – from strategy to live execution.
  • Map out and fine-tune client journeys with a laser focus on efficiency and that flawless, client-first vibe.
  • Harness lean principles and AI tools to build smart processes that boost operations and keep everything humming.
  • Team up with product, engineering, ops, marketing, and finance crews for butter-smooth product launches.
  • Dive into performance metrics and data to shape killer features, tweaks, and experience upgrades.
  • Run experiments that push products and journeys to new heights, always chasing measurable wins.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bring your A-game if you’ve got the chops for this hands-on adventure.
  • 5 years in product management, business process engineering, or something closely aligned.
  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or similar – bonus points for an advanced degree.
  • Track record building product roadmaps with MVP flair, zeroing in on client value.
  • Deep know-how in product lifecycles, client journey mapping, and process optimisation.
  • Experience wrangling projects across diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Solid data skills in Excel, PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, SQL – plus stats tools like R or SAS, and AI exposure are cherries on top.
  • Retail credit lifecycle background? That’s a nice edge, but not a must.
  • Sharp analytical problem-solving, stellar communication and stakeholder skills, plus a curious, proactive mindset that owns the chaos of startup speed.
