Role Purpose
Drive revenue within the Repair Centre by generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers with quotations, product queries, and repair-related transactions.
Organisational Positioning
Key Interfaces: Internal: Repair Technicians; Inventory / Stores; Finance; Customer Service; Sales Department. External: Customers; Suppliers; Service Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales within the Repair Centre to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Develop and grow market share through active customer engagement and account development.
- Provide customers with accurate and efficient service delivery, quotations, and technical guidance.
- Promote and upsell value-added services, products, and repair solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally while maintaining high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation, sales records, reports, and system updates to support operational efficiency.

- Achievement of monthly sales targets.

- Accuracy of administrative processes and quotations.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Grade 12 / Matric [Required]
- Sales or related qualification [Preferred]
Experience
- 3 years’ sales experience in a corporate or semi-corporate B2B environment [Required]
- Proven record of increasing revenue and growing market share [Required]
- Mining, construction, or industrial-sector experience [Required]
- Language Requirements
- English (fluent, verbal and written) [Required]
- Afrikaans (verbal and written) [Preferred]
