Packaging Sales Representative – Port Elizabeth

Manage and grow the packaging business across the Eastern Cape region. This is a field-based, self-managing role ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys solving customer problems, and has a strong track record in industrial B2B sales. You’ll work closely with both the National Packaging Product Manager, and the Regional Manager, to drive growth, deliver value, and build long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (Essential)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in industrial or B2B packaging sales;
• Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly packaging solutions is advantageous;
• Familiarity with packaging applications in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of corrugated, flexible packaging, or void-fill solutions is a plus;
• Proven success in solution selling and consultative B2B sales;
• Strong understanding of industrial packaging products and applications;
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline, with a strong emphasis on cold calling;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining accountable;
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite;
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential);
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern Cape region.
