About the Role

Are you a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and cybersecurity innovation? Snode Technologies is seeking a consultative seller who can guide clients through complex digital risk environments with trust, expertise, and tailored solutions. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our value proposition into new industries, and helping clients solve complex security challenges. This is more than a sales role it is an opportunity to co-create value with clients by aligning their needs with Snode’s integrated cybersecurity solutions.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Drive new business growth through strategic prospecting and client engagement.
  • Deepen relationships with existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Translate complex client problems into measurable, high-impact solutions aligned with Snode’s value proposition.
  • Position Snode’s platform and services as the foundation of modern cyber exposure management.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Represent Snode at key client, industry, and partner engagements.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services.
  • Experience engaging CISOs, CIOs, and security decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to map business problems to solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and exceeding targets.
  • Curiosity, grit, and a bias toward execution.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of Snode’s cybersecurity solutions, including CTEM, MDR, and AI-driven technologies.
  • Sales Strategy: Work with marketing and product teams to design tailored strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, threats, and competitors.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Solution Architecture & Value Mapping: Collaborate with technical teams to design outcome-driven solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Leadership: Lead engagements based on client needs, focusing on measurable results.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to handover.
  • Partner & Channel Optimization: Enable MSSPs and partners to co-sell and expand market coverage.
  • Pipeline Governance & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.
