Quality Assurance & Control Specialist

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Kick things off by building a rock-solid QA/QC framework custom-made for apparel and promo items – think golf shirts, T-shirts and corporate wear that wow.
Whip up QA procedures, documentation and keep them sharp as a tack
Scrutinise and green-light samples, artwork, sizing and branding specs before production hits
Assess suppliers, monitor their game and team up with crews inside and out to smash quality targets and client briefs
Shift into quality control mode with hands-on inspections that catch issues early.
Carry out in-line and final checks on apparel and promo gear
Spot defects, dig into root causes and roll out corrective action plans
OK or nix finished products against visual, functional and branding standards
Log non-conformances, report them clearly and pitch smart fixes
Drive compliance, reporting and non-stop upgrades.
Keep spot-on records of inspections, issues and customer vibes
Crank out regular reports to fuel team reviews and improvement drives
Train the squad on quality essentials, pitfalls and best practices
Spot process tweaks to slash errors, waste and keep everything humming
WHAT YOU BRING
Higher qualification in Quality Management or something closely related
3-5 years in QA/QC within apparel, promo products or similar fast-paced scenes
Killer problem-solving, decision-making and analytical chops
Results-focused mindset with an eagle eye for the finest details
Multitasking wizardry across product lines and brands
