Sales Account Executive

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, target, and secure partnerships with enterprise-level insurers and major brokerages
Convert high-value incoming leads through a professional and efficient sales process
Conduct high-impact platform demonstrations to C-suite executives
Manage complex contracting, technical integration discussions, and legal negotiations
Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead-generation strategies and campaign feedback
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
Demonstrate how our solutions reduce acquisition costs and generate additional revenue streams
You’ll have proven B2B enterprise sales experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech. You’re comfortable discussing technical integration, AI automation, and bank-grade security with confidence. Your strategic thinking extends to articulating complex financial models—you understand Customer Lifetime Value and can explain how it connects to estate planning. You’re an exceptional communicator who pitches with conviction to C-suite teams, and you’ve managed lengthy, complex corporate contracting processes that require patience and negotiation skill.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Basic salary of R30,000 per month plus quarterly performance-based incentives of R60,000 per quarter.
