Technical Sales Representative – Plastic Injection Moulding

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within target manufacturing and industrial markets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and excellent service
  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable plastic injection moulding solutions
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications to match client needs
  • Prepare quotations and follow up strategically to close deals
  • Conduct client visits and represent the company with professionalism and expertise
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while protecting margins
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of opportunities
  • Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting and administrative requirements
  • Benchmark against competitors and conduct regular market scanning

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Experience in the plastic injection moulding industry (highly advantageous)
  • Knowledge of plastic materials like PP, HDPE, and ABS
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
  • Results-driven mindset with genuine self-motivation
  • Problem-solving ability and technical aptitude
