CONTEXT OF THE ROLE
The Chief Marketing Officer is accountable for building and scaling the brand as a commercial growth engine. This role exists to translate brand strategy into measurable business outcomes by driving demand, relevance, and revenue impact. Operating as a strategic partner to the executive team, the CMO leads marketing in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, using data, technology, and disciplined execution to ensure marketing investment delivers clear return. This role is suited to a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on accountability, influence, and delivering results through others

- Proven executiveâlevel marketing leadership with direct commercial and revenue accountability
- Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into measurable business growth
- Strong track record of owning and delivering against KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics
- High commercial acumen with disciplined budget ownership and decision-making
- Advanced data literacy, including the use of technology, digital platforms, and AI to drive outcomes
- Experience leading and scaling high-performance marketing teams
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at Exco / senior leadership level
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results through marketing
- Experience in high-performance, results-driven environments
- Strong exposure to both traditional and digital marketing
- High data literacy, including use of technology and AI
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with pace and ambiguity
