WHAT YOU BRING

You’ve got the chops from 3-5 years in commercial lines underwriting, plus a knack for sales that lights up the room.

Matric certificate as your foundation

RE qualification, NQF4 or BCom (or equivalent FAIS-recognised degree)

Rock-solid technical know-how in commercial lines – this is non-negotiable

Short-term insurance brokerage experience under your belt

Client-facing sales or business development wins? That’s a massive plus

Killer communication skills, with a talent for building lasting people connections
