ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll oversee the complete performance of the Durban branch, managing both Homecare and Capital divisions with full P&L responsibility. Working in a collaborative matrix structure, you’ll coordinate multiple functions—sales, clinical, technical, logistics, and support—ensuring seamless integration and exceptional service delivery. This is a hands-on leadership position where your strategic vision directly impacts branch profitability, team performance, and patient outcomes.

Proven experience managing complex branch or business unit operations, ideally within healthcare or medical device distribution

Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated budget management capability

Ability to thrive in a matrix structure and influence across functional boundaries

Excellent client management, problem-solving, and communication skills

High integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care

Capacity to build and motivate teams whilst maintaining service standards under pressure
