Key Accounts Representative (Graduate) – KZN

You’ll be supporting our Key Accounts team, working directly with established clients across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. This isn’t just admin work – you’ll be learning the full cycle of account management, from building client relationships to identifying growth opportunities and mastering the art of contract negotiations. You’ll attend client meetings, handle day-to-day queries, collaborate with internal teams, and get hands-on experience with pricing strategies and upselling.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
A degree (or about to graduate) in Sales, Marketing, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or Commercial fields
Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and building strong client relationships
Confidence and comfort engaging with clients at all levels
Self-motivated energy and a genuine eagerness to learn
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Based in Durban or surrounding areas and ready to start immediately
