We’re on the hunt for a Head of Country Operations (UK). Are you passionate about driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and leading strategic growth across the United Kingdom? Do you thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment where collaboration and results matter? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!

The Head of Country Operations is a senior leadership role accountable for the overall operational performance, efficiency, and scalability of the UK business. This role sits at the centre of execution — translating strategy into action, driving operational excellence across campaigns, and ensuring teams consistently deliver against commercial and performance targets.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners (Finance, Marketing, Customer Success), the role owns process optimisation, performance management, and operational enablement across the full lifecycle — from lead flow through to deal closure and revenue optimisation. The successful candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on operational leadership, thriving in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment where accountability, autonomy, and results matter.

This role is best suited to a highly accountable operator who can lead teams, build scalable systems, and use data to drive continuous improvement while fostering a high‑performance culture within the UK geography.

Proven experience owning and running a country or large operational unit, with full accountability for performance and outcomes

Strong commercial operations capability, with the ability to improve efficiency and revenue across the full lifecycle (lead to close)

Data‑led operator who can define KPIs, interpret performance trends, and drive clear actions from insight

Hands‑on experience with CRM and operational systems (e.g. Salesforce) and enforcing system‑driven ways of working

Demonstrated people leadership, including performance management, coaching, and building high‑accountability teams
