Job Details

This is a senior pricing leadership role accountable for defining and executing enterprise‑wide pricing strategy to drive sustainable profitability and competitive advantage. Acting as the central pricing authority, the role partners with executive and senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions, lead high‑impact cross‑functional initiatives (including annual price increases), and embed disciplined pricing governance across the business. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery. You will lead advanced financial modelling, pricing analytics, and risk evaluation to support critical decision‑making, while continuously strengthening pricing capability through automation, new methodologies, and technology‑enabled optimisation. This role is suited to a commercially astute leader who can operate at executive level and deliver results through others.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

Proven experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or a closely related discipline

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing strategies that improved revenue, margin, or competitive positioning

Strong experience in financial modelling, pricing analytics, and market analysis

Experience operating in a complex, fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment

Leadership & Influence Proven ability to lead cross‑functional pricing initiatives and influence senior and executive stakeholders

Experience delivering outcomes through teams or enterprise‑level initiatives

Core Capability Requirements

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with the ability to convert complex data into clear commercial insights

Highly organised, detail‑driven, and able to manage multiple strategic initiatives under pressure

Strong communication and executive‑level reporting skills, including clear, evidence‑based recommendations
