Oversee all activities with a laser focus on safety guidelines, food safety compliance, and employee wellbeing

REQUIREMENTS

Bring your engineering expertise and management grit to make an immediate impact in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in mechanical engineering, backed by at least 5 years’ solid experience

Minimum 4 years in a management role, handling multiple crafts like predictive maintenance, planning, and MRO stock control

GCC Factories Certificate – this one’s essential, no exceptions

Proven track record in food/feed manufacturing (or similar plant environments); solvent-based vegetable oil extraction experience gets you extra points

Computer savvy with Word, Excel, email, and ideally CRM systems like SAP or Pragma
