VACANCY: Farm Representative (Large Animal Health) – Limpopo (not area specific)

 

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Farm Representative to join our team in Limpopo.

The successful candidate will work closely with a veterinarian on farms, supporting farmers with animal health solutions and building strong client relationships.

This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in large animal health and a passion for working directly with farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside a veterinarian, consulting on farms, and supporting farmers.

• Monitor vaccine programs

• Administer vaccines where required and training to farmers.

• Promote and sell veterinary and animal health products

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify new business opportunities using a leads-driven sales approach

• Ensure biosecurity protocols are understood and applied

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in animal health and vaccine programs

• Experience in administration of vaccines

• Strong large animal experience (Feedlot, Dairy, etc.)

• Sheep and Goat experience will be advantageous

• Good knowledge of biosecurity practices

• Strong sales ability and confidence working directly with farmers

• Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel extensively within Limpopo

Remuneration:

• Basic salary
