Job Details
Duties
- Booking and arrangement of access for all company’s visitors and new recruits
- Ensuring that the required inductions and medicals are done
- Recruitment
- Ensure clear and successful demobilisation is carried out
- Liaison between human resources, employees and site management
- Ensure compliance with work permits, and are badged for access
- Co-ordinate training and compliance with renewal of compliance competencies
- Liaise with management and DFL employees to book and arrange training
- Undertake special assignments as directed by management
- Attend company and client operational meetings
- Ad Hoc HR related duties or function as required by the company
- Ensure employees attend all training booked to attend
- HR Disciplinary records to be considered as part of performance
- Attendance record to be considered
- Monitor to ensure responsible use and care of all client facilities and equipment
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using verbal and written communication platforms
Customer Service
- Ensure adherence to work schedule, completing work on time and in full.
Knowledge
- Microsoft suite – Word & Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Health and safety regulations knowledge
- Ability to function within a team
- Excellent knowledge of client’s operational needs

Minimum Qualifications required
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Office Administration Qualification
- Any other industry recognised qualification
Experience
- 1 – 2 years’ experience as Site Agent
- Practical experience in the Oil and Petro-chemical industry an advantage
- HR at least 2 years’ experience
