About the Role
We are looking for an Access/Scaffolding Sales Representative to manage and grow our client base in Cape Town and surrounding areas. The role focuses on servicing existing customers, reactivating lapsed clients, and generating new business through cold calling and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients who regularly require scaffold/access to perform their work
Proactively contact old / dormant customers to win back business.

Cold call and prospect for new clients in construction, industrial and related sectors.

Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose suitable scaffolding/access solutions.

Prepare and send quotations, follow up, and close sales via email, phone and in person.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and keep sales reports updated.

Collaborate with the small internal team to ensure excellent service and on-time delivery.
Handle basic technical queries and escalate complex issues to the technical team when required.

Represent the company professionally on site and at client meetings.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in scaffolding/access area

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Strong hunting mentality: comfortable with cold calling and door‑to‑door / site‑to‑site visits.

Confident communication skills in person, over the phone and via email.

Ability to read site situations and understand basic construction / scaffolding / access concepts (training can be provided).

Organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as part of a small team.

Computer literate

Connections and a base of clients to contact 

Existing network within construction, engineering, maintenance or industrial sectors in the Western Cape.
