Client Success Manager
Johannesburg (hybrid, on-the-road)

We’re a South African recruitment company combining agency recruitment with smart recruitment technology and complementary HR products. We help SMEs hire better, faster – and we’re looking for a Client Success Manager who loves being in front of people, not hiding behind a screen. If you get your energy from face-to-face meetings, jumping on calls, and turning “let’s chat” into “let’s sign”, this might be for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Spending at least 3 days a week on the road in Johannesburg, meeting clients in person.
  • Owning relationships with a portfolio of existing clients (±80% of your time).
  • Training clients on our recruitment tech and other products so they actually use (and love) what they’ve bought.
  • Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell new solutions that solve real hiring problems.
  • Proactively checking in with clients – calls, coffees, cold emails – to book meetings and keep relationships warm.
  • Bringing in ±20% new business with a strong internal team behind you to help close and deliver.

Who you are

  • Based in Johannesburg with your own car, and you genuinely enjoy driving to clients.
  • Charismatic, confident and comfortable picking up the phone (even cold) or sending that cold email to get a meeting.
  • You like remote working, managing your own diary, and taking ownership of your day.
  • You enjoy being client-facing: building relationships, listening, problem-solving, and following through.
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) with solid follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Experience in recruitment / HR tech / SaaS / B2B account management is a big plus.

Must come with:

  • HR or Recruitment or SaaS background
  • With Account Management or BDM experience
  • Degree or Diploma (or any further studies) – we love people who like to learn
  • Idea and innovation (you decide what works and measured against this)
